PS21A7A 10A 600V Compact Intelligent Power Module

The PS21A7A is a highly integrated 10A, 600V intelligent power module (IPM) that combines IGBT chips, driver ICs, comprehensive protection features, and an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit—all within a single compact package.

This all-in-one design greatly simplifies peripheral circuit design, shortens development cycles, and significantly improves system reliability. Built-in protection functions include short-circuit (SC) protection, over-temperature (OT) protection, and undervoltage protection, preventing device damage caused by abnormal operating conditions.
