MCR-2-TC-UI – Configurable Signal Conditioner & Isolator Module for PLC Systems

The MCR-2-TC-UI is a highly flexible and configurable signal conditioning and isolation module, designed as a powerful front-end interface for PLC systems. While not a PLC itself, it plays a critical role in processing complex input signals before they reach the PLC’s analog input module.

This module supports a wide range of signal types, including thermocouples, RTD sensors, voltage, and current inputs. It performs isolation, conversion, amplification, and filtering, and delivers clean, standardized analog outputs such as 0–10V or 4–20mA. By doing so, it greatly enhances the noise immunity and measurement accuracy of the entire PLC system.
